We're so excited to welcome our first summer intern, Leah Craig Fieser! It's been a busy spring at Cotton Blossom Press and we're ready to grow our team. Leah Craig will be helping out with studio organization, marketing projects, letterpress printing, and more. Welcome Leah Craig!
I feel in love with paper when I worked at an upscale paper and gifts store in college. I loved working with brides and seeing the smile on their face when the finalized piece came in. I spent many happy hours flipping through the large invitation books! Over the last decade I've worked in the areas of marketing, communications, fundraising, and event planning. I'm currently the Event Director for an animal rescue organization in Asheville where I live with my husband and two fur babies. I'm thrilled to spend part of my summer working with Macon whose work I have admired for years (we actually met because she was selling her beautiful letterpress pieces at an event I was directing two years ago!). I look forward to learning her art form and helping her business continue to grow. -- Leah Craig
